This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the processing and delivery of orders placed through the OMOI website (the “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order on the Site, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATION
At this time, OMOI ships only within the United States.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days.
- Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
- Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotional events, or due to inventory availability.
Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has been shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier selected at checkout and the destination address.
We utilize third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent services. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- carrier disruptions,
- weather conditions,
- logistical issues,
- incorrect or incomplete address information,
- or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. SHIPPING FEES
- Free standard shipping is available for orders of $150 USD or more, before taxes and after discounts.
- Orders under $150 USD will incur a shipping fee, calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
5. ADDRESS ACCURACY & ORDER CHANGES
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Once an order has been placed:
- shipping addresses cannot be changed;
- shipping methods cannot be modified.
We are not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
6. RISK OF LOSS & FAILED DELIVERY
Risk of Loss
All purchases are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Failed Delivery
If a shipment is returned due to:

- failed delivery attempts,
- refusal by the recipient,
- or failure to retrieve the package, the order may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier. In such cases, no refunds or reshipments will be issued.
7. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
If you receive a package that appears damaged or opened upon delivery:
- please document the issue with photos or video;
- contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in denial of any claim.

4. RETURN AND REFUND
- Return Period: Every skin is different, therefore, no returns are accepted simply on the account that the product had an adverse reaction on your skin, or did not provide you any particular kind of results that you were expecting. However, you may initiate a return for the defective and damaged products purchased from the website within a period of 7 (seven) days calculated from the order delivery date (“Return Period”). We will request for the proof of damage and grant refunds on a case-by-case basis. You shall be responsible for shipping the product back to us. To request an eligible return within this time frame, please contact us at info@beautyninja.me . Please note, you cannot return your order or raise a complaint after the expiration of the Return Period.
- Condition of Cancelled/Returned Orders: The products in the order that you wish to cancel or return must be unused, unwashed, have no signs of damage or use, and returned in the original condition in which it was shipped, including but not limited to the packaging box and any original tags attached.
